蘭陽別院淨灘 實踐環保與心保

【人間社記者尤秀華宜蘭報導】佛光山蘭陽別院八日舉辦「生命教育心靈講座暨環保與心保淨灘活動」，邀請屏東縣潮州莊眼科診所院長莊聰吉主講，與二百位大眾分享行醫故事，藉此提升心靈環保及善的循環；同日在蘭陽別院住持妙勤法師帶領下，大家前往壯圍海邊環保淨灘，清理出九百公斤的廢棄物。

莊聰吉表示，在小鎮行醫，更容易見到世間的苦，促使他發願學習觀世音菩薩耳根圓通，聞聲救苦；為了環保，他發心撿垃圾，擁有「垃圾醫師」封號，並以此當作自我修行，堅持善待地球。

淨攤活動，妙勤法師分享睒子菩薩是最佳的環保實踐者，說明佛光山開山星雲大師倡導「心保與環保」，培養大眾心的教育，隨後大家以行動守護海洋。
