建商看房市 短空長多

【本報台北訊】在央行升息、《平均地權條例》新修法將上路等影響下，包括華固、長虹、國建、潤泰新、大陸、昇陽、遠雄等七大指標建商均保守看房市，僅興富發偏正面、積極看法；惟多數建商均認為在剛需買盤支撐下，房市將呈「短空長多」格局。

華固董事長鍾榮昌指出，在房價沒有上漲的利基下，加上原物料價格、工料需求稍有降溫，對自住買方來說，今年是入手新屋好時機。
