植入心室輔助器 不用等心臟移植

【記者王淑芬高雄報導】心臟血管嚴重阻塞的蔡先生接受支架治療，再因心室頻脈而放置體內去顫器，但心臟仍持續衰竭，因此登錄心臟移植，卻又因血型及體重逾百公斤而等不到配對，經高雄醫學大學協助爭取健保給付，已順利植入長效心室輔助器，術後恢復良好還能遠行。

高雄醫學院附設中和紀念醫院昨日舉行記者會，邀請接受高醫第一例長效型心室輔助器植入的蔡男分享，他說，過去心臟無力，走小段路就喘吁吁，後來裝了支架，但無力狀況未見改善，去年登錄心臟移植，卻遲遲等不到有緣人配對。

高醫協助蔡男爭取健保審查，順利在八月初由高醫進行長效型心室輔助器植入手術。
