冬天正值草莓產季，農業部農糧署指出，想要品嘗新鮮香甜的草莓，不是愈大顆愈好；草莓的表面以瘦果挺立、蒂頭深綠，帶光澤為佳，買回家後若未食用，先不要清洗蒂頭，朝下擺放至有廚房紙巾的保鮮盒，冷藏可多保存2天。圖／123RF
