森林火災 8縣市風險高

【本報台北訊】2018至2022年間台灣每年平均發生52.6起森林火災，林務局表示，火災原因有97%是人為因素所引起。經風險評估，台中市至屏東等八縣市發生林火的風險屬於最高等級。

林務局委託國立中興大學團隊建立新版林火風險評估系統，根據系統推估，中南部連日乾燥，台中市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、台南市、高雄市及屏東縣淺山地區林火風險大增，多日呈現最危險等級，將對高風險區域發布災防告警細胞簡訊。

林務局提醒，依據森林法第34條規定，在森林區域及森林保護區內，非經過許可，不得有引火行為，違反規定者，最高可處60萬元罰鍰；放火燒毀他人之森林者，可處3年以上10年以下有期徒刑。
