房地合一稅收 今年挑戰400億新高

【本報台北訊】根據財政部統計，今年11月個人房地合一稅收金額為42億元，年增率高達34%，統計前11月個人房地合一稅收已達348億元，有機會超過去年的382億元，再創歷史新高。

房仲業者說，房地合一稅收增加有3主要因素，第1，2016年後買進的房屋數量愈來愈多，日後出售時可能遇到房地合一稅的案件數隨之增加。第2，2016年後買進的不動產價格大幅升值。第3則是房地合一稅2.0拉長短期稅率期間。

統計前11月的房地合一稅收年增6%，稅收王仍是台中市69.9億元年增6.8%；但增幅超過10%都是北台灣地區，包括新北市56.5億元年增幅度高達17.6%，台北市稅收37.6億元年增12.9%，桃園市稅收41.6億元年增16.9%；台南、高雄與去年同期持平，新竹縣市則是前11月衰退12%與9%。
