古蹟容積移轉 規範放寬

【本報台北訊】為使古蹟土地容積移轉後，獲准的容積未完全使用，再移轉時有更明確的規範，內政部部務會報通過修正辦法，明定古蹟土地容積再移轉的地區範圍、計算方式及申請文件，以確保民眾相關財產權益，同時達到古蹟維護保存目的。

現行「古蹟土地容積移轉辦法」規定，私有土地因古蹟用途，導致原有依法可建築的容積（送出基地）受到限制時，可將受影響的容積移轉至其他土地（接受基地）；若接受基地在申請開發建築時，因土地條件限制，而未能完全使用獲准的容積，可有一次機會，申請移轉至另一接受基地建築使用。
