有蟹足腫家族史 應避打耳洞

【本報台北訊】蟹足腫不是一般的疤痕，而是一種異常增生的疤痕組織，往往在患者身上「持續擴張」而讓人感到困擾。醫師表示，通常蟹足腫和個人體質有關。因此若已知有家族史等，最好的方式還是避免打耳洞、刺青和不必要的手術，以免出現不必要的傷口。

開業皮膚科醫師趙昭明表示，蟹足腫和肥厚性疤痕常會被搞混。肥厚性疤痕主要是因為傷口過深，傷到真皮層，刺激膠原蛋白過度反應來修復傷口，形成突起的疤痕。

至於蟹足腫是因為膠原蛋白分泌紊亂，受到一些刺激就會不正常增生，除了使得疤痕變厚、變凸，還會不規則地生長，像「螃蟹腳」一樣向外擴張，甚至還會超過原本的傷口範圍。

台大醫院皮膚科皮膚部主任蔡呈芳表示，遺傳、膚色、皮膚張力、荷爾蒙等都是容易出現蟹足腫的相關因子。
