社宅包租代管 第4期擴大辦理

【本報台北訊】有媒體報導指出，社會住宅達成率有極大改善空間、包租代管如衝破十萬戶，財源難負荷。內政部營建署昨表示，截至今年二月底，包租代管社會住宅累積媒合已達六點二萬戶，並於三月報經行政院核定第四期計畫，擴大辦理計畫戶數為八萬，相關興辦經費已編列完畢，並無財源難負荷情形。

營建署指出，將於明年底達成二十萬戶社會住宅的目標。
