隱藏版癌王 膽道癌治療現曙光

【記者陳玲芳台北報導】膽道癌又稱膽管癌，對國人而言相對陌生，但並非罕見癌症。由於初期症狀不明顯，診斷不易，且難以察覺，一旦確診，多已進入晚期。加上致命率高，治療棘手，藥物選擇也有限，堪稱「隱藏版癌王」。

台灣「膽道癌」新診斷人數逐年增加，過去第一線治療僅有化療可使用，免疫療法今年終於登場救援，打破過去十多年來的治療困境。

台灣癌症基金會執行長賴基銘指出，根據衛福部國健署發布的癌症登記年報顯示，膽道癌新診斷人數逐年增加，其中又以六十歲以上年長者居多。具有高死亡率的「膽道癌」鮮為人知，診斷上過去常被界定是肝癌。

林口長庚血液腫瘤科系主任陳仁熙表示，膽道癌依腫瘤發生位置可分為肝內膽管癌、肝外膽管癌、膽囊癌及壺腹癌四個類型。肝內膽管癌發生比率較高，膽囊癌次之。
