郭俊德升中將 接掌澎防部

軍方人士昨表示，澎防部指揮官劉協慶中將接掌後備指揮部，國防部人事參謀次長室人事管理處長郭俊德少將晉任中將，接任澎防部指揮官；劉郭兩人皆特戰部隊出身，近年軍方人事少見。

地球科學奧林匹亞 我獲4金

台灣學子參加第16屆國際地球科學奧林匹亞競賽，一共拿下4金、3銀、1銅，在32國中排名第2，僅次於美國（4金、4銀）。其中台北市建國高中學生何亮宏，拿下個人排名國際第1的佳績。
