頭痛竟是鉛腦症 醫籲中藥別亂吃

【本報台北訊】日常生活中恐暗藏重金屬鉛環境。1名51歲女性持續兩周頻繁頭痛，有噁心、嘔吐、步態不穩、講話口齒不清，合併視力模糊及間歇性複視等症狀，就醫檢查已有視網膜水腫、出血，研判為顱內壓升高。

詢問發現，病患自行服用通血路和護眼中藥，時間達3個月，再檢查血液、尿意發現為鉛中毒，並已引發成人「鉛腦症」及貧血。

台北榮總職業醫學及臨床毒物部主治醫師吳明玲說，許多患者為使用來路不明的中藥貼布，造成鉛中毒，提醒民眾不應使用來路不明或不合格的中藥材，遠離鉛中毒。
