假基地台發詐騙簡訊 手機訊號變2G要小心

【本報台北訊】道高一尺、魔高一丈，當警察、電信業者合力從電信源頭控制詐騙訊息，詐騙手法又再度升級：詐騙集團跳過電信業者使用「假基地台」發送釣魚簡訊，害民眾受騙上當；NCC呼籲民眾注意，當手機訊號從4G、5G變成2G時，手機可能遭假基地台綁架，此時應避免手機點選任何簡訊與連結。

刑事局電信偵查大隊去年偵破台灣首宗以「偽基地台」發送釣魚簡訊詐欺案件，逮捕郭姓主嫌，查扣一組偽基地台設備與天線。刑事局表示，目前已經與國內電信4大業者共建偵測機制，有效阻止「假基地台」手法在台灣蔓延。

NCC提醒，台灣早已沒有2G服務，發現手機訊號變2G，或者訊號忽然從滿格降為無信號，又快速恢復等狀況，都可能遭假基地台綁架。
