中捷增月台緊急鈕 強化應變SOP

【本報台中訊】興富發工地塔吊臂掉進台中捷運軌道事故，中捷修正處理流程，包括發生緊急事件時強化險阻手勢、阻礙車門關閉、縮減手動緊急停車等作業。另將與系統商研設「月台緊急按鈕」與「智慧型障礙物辨識裝置」。

中捷檢討應變SOP，三項精進措施已全面實施。包括：一、月台人員第一時間以險阻手勢，雙手高舉交叉揮舞示警，隨車人員須緊急停車。二、列車停靠月台尚未出發，月台人員或隨車員阻擋月台門或車門關閉，防止列車離站；三、隨車人員值勤包擺放配置優化。

中捷將與系統商研議參考高運量駕駛系統，設置月台緊急按鈕。將研擬發展智慧型障礙物辨識裝置，以雷達、紅外線偵測，優化預警機制。
