發明《相對論》的大科學家愛因斯坦說：「宇宙所有物質都是能量的轉化。」既然如此，我們就要多接近正能量、傳播正能量、好的能量、善的能量；而不要時常接近負能量、散播負能量！

所謂「近朱則赤，近墨則黑」。能夠時常接近正能量、傳播正能量，好的能量、善的能量，久而久之，自己也會有滿滿的正能量。

什麼是正能量？慈悲喜捨、慚愧感恩、惜福結緣，三好、四給、五和等，都是正能量。

傳播正能量，自他皆受益；遠離諸惡業，身心常清淨。

《人間福報》是一份多元化的報紙，強調內容溫馨、健康、益智、環保，不八卦、不加料、不阿諛，希冀藉由優質的內涵，體貼大眾身心靈的需要，是一份承擔社會責任的報紙。
