微創肩關節手術 時間短、傷口小

【記者王淑芬高雄報導】女大學生月餘前摔車傷及右肩，在診所接受X光檢查正常後進行復健治療，但肩關節卻痛到無法反手穿衣。脊椎外科醫院以核磁共振檢查有兩處破損，經以微創肩關節鏡手術，以較小傷口、較短手術時間等優點取代傳統開刀。

「活力得中山脊椎外科醫院」骨科醫師陳俞志指出，患者經初步診斷患者為典型肩關節軟組織傷害，再以核磁共振檢查確認，其肩盂唇上緣破裂併旋轉腱袖斷裂，分別在肩關節內、外各有一處，建議患者接受肩關節鏡手術，修補肩關節破損。
