【本報台北訊】在台工作外國專業人員數攀升，據統計顯示，2023年底外國專業人員有效聘僱許可4.9萬人次，其中馬來西亞籍因畢業僑外生留台，人數超越日本居首位。

2023年底外國專業人員有效聘僱，較2022年底增2000人次，其中男性占70%，女性占30%，年齡以25歲至34歲占49.6%最多，35歲至44歲占22.3%次之，顯示25歲至44歲者占逾7成。
