早產兒體重過輕 易有骨鬆

【記者王淑芬高雄報導】家中有早產兒的家長要留意了，如果有體重不及一千五百公克的早產兒，易有「早產兒代謝性骨病變」，若營養不佳，加上治療用藥的茶鹼會造成鈣質流失或骨折；高醫團隊透過飲食調整並添加維生素D，為寶寶打造好骨本。

高醫指出，「早產兒代謝性骨病變」也被稱為早產兒骨質疏鬆、早產兒佝僂症等，好發於出生體重小於一千五百公克的早產兒。病症原因多是早產兒在成長期間的營養不佳， 加上住院使用的藥物，如利尿劑或使用茶鹼治療呼吸中止症，而造成鈣質流失。
