掏破耳朵未就醫 流出黏液損聽力

【記者王淑芬高雄報導】不少民眾習慣掏耳朵，耳鼻喉科醫師提醒，如內耳受損且流出黏液、散發異味，聽力會下降受損，嚴重會重聽或聾了。

阮綜合醫院耳鼻喉科醫師林宏儒指出，日前收治兩名男子，都是單側耳朵長期流出黏液且散發異味，並自覺聽力下降有耳鳴及疼痛感，經檢查確定是耳膜穿孔使聽覺受損。

四十五歲的張男自述國中起有以掏耳棒去撓的習慣，曾不慎掏破，一陣劇痛後未就醫，從此耳朵時不時流出黏液並有異味。經醫師以內視鏡微創補法手術，從患者耳道進入，切一小塊軟骨膜來補耳膜破洞，症狀已見改善。

曾男則是在工地險被操作中的釘槍擊中，槍釘打在木板上突如其來的巨響，使得頭腦和耳朵陣陣嗡嗡作響及疼痛，此後耳朵就出現黏液及異味。

耳膜穿孔若超過三個月沒癒合，聽力會減少二十到三十分貝，甚至影響聽覺。
