【本報台東訊】台東新住民媽媽將思念故鄉情化作夢幻彩虹酥，每年三百盒、今年邁入第四年，中秋節前分送台東弱勢團體，不僅口感好，繽紛色彩也讓收到的民眾心情更加美麗。

中秋節即將到來，台東弱勢和社福團體這兩天都收到特別的月餅，這是一群在台東的新住民媽媽，利用空閒親手打造色彩繽紛的「彩虹酥」；「台東縣新心好客關懷協會」理事長賴靜說，每年中秋節，新住民與紫萱草關懷協會攜手，製作健康、美味又吸睛的夢幻彩虹酥，一起送愛迎中秋。

彩虹酥分別有芋頭蛋黃、綠豆沙蛋黃、棗泥核桃加麻糬、蔓越莓加麻糬、抹茶紅豆加麻糬、烏豆沙六種口味。
