硃砂列管 致人於死可判無期併罰千萬

【本報台北訊】行政院環保署表示，鑑於過去曾發生中醫混入禁藥硃砂，造成民眾鉛中毒的事件，十二日正式公告將硃砂列管，未來若造成人體健康危害甚至致死，則可處無期徒刑、併科最高一千萬元罰金。

二○二○年八月台中中醫診所混入禁藥硃砂，造成多名民眾鉛中毒。硃砂其實就是具食安風險疑慮的化學物質「四氧化三鉛」，環保署公告將四氧化三鉛列為關注化學物質，透過源頭管制，避免類似事件發生。

環保署十二日新增列管三類十五種關注化學物質，包含食安風險疑慮化學物質五種、爆裂物先驅化學物質八種及新興精神活性物質二種。為降低不當使用導致人體健康及環境危害，運作人須於二○二四年二月一日前取得核可文件。
