台經院：力拚消費、投資 有機會保二

【本報台北訊】台灣經濟研究院昨發布4月景氣動向調查，製造業營業氣候測驗點結束先前連5個月上揚態勢，轉為下滑，服務業測驗點小跌0.54點，下滑幅度有限，研判服務業對景氣看法與上月相比持平，營建業測驗點則轉為上揚。

台經院院長張建一說，台灣去年基期高，出口轉好要看需求，但內需真的很熱，要力拚消費與投資，今年保二還是有機會，但要很拚。

台經院指出，觀察近期國際經濟情勢，美國債務上限談判仍持續進行，雖然美國政府債務違約風險低，仍會造成全球金融市場動盪加劇。另中國大陸經濟復甦仍不均衡。
