停車場費率標示 禁小字誤導

【本報台中訊】台中、彰化民營停車場愈來愈多，卻有業者在告示牌標示的費率玩「文字遊戲」，有消費者只停5分鐘被收60元，原來是沒注意到未滿1小時也要收1小時停車費的小字。台中交通局要求業者字體至少要18乘18公分，將納入相關法規，彰化交通處則訂出費率文字不能小於數字1/3，禁止以小字誤導消費者。

今年3月，彰化市旭光西路1處收費停車場遭爆「停車12分鐘收80元」，縣交通處查獲業者標示「每半小時40元」，與縣府核定的「每小時60元」不符，縣府依《停車場法》第37條規定處3000元罰鍰。
