國產署向救總討100萬管理費 敗訴

中華救助總會2020年收歸國有，至今未搬離裕民大樓並積欠管理費，國產署提告請求返還不當得利100萬餘元。法院認為，國產署為區分所有權人，有給付管理費義務，但非社區管委會，無權向救總要求給付管理費，判決敗訴，本案可上訴。

台阿經濟聯席會議 簽署經合備忘錄

中華民國國際經濟合作協會與阿根廷全國商業總會為強化雙邊交流，日前於阿根廷首都布宜諾斯艾利斯舉行經濟聯席會議，簽署合作備忘錄。
