咖哩葉的香

大樓中庭的「咖哩樹」枝繁葉茂，想使用插扦方式讓它成為陽台小盆栽，試驗多次都沒成功。

7月下旬，看那中庭咖哩結實累累，有綠有黑，果實裡面就有種子，於是便把幾顆果實隨意放在盆栽裡；將近二個月後，小小「咖哩葉」長出來了，用手輕摸再聞聞自己的手，確定就是咖哩葉沒錯，心中頓時有種無心插柳之喜。

喜歡咖哩葉，它當作食材，料理時乾煸一下就可以拿起來，特別是與青椒、茄子、四季豆搭配起來，味道更是相得益彰。

如今家中就有一小株，我才發現咖哩是一種相當低調的香氣植物，即使風吹過也沒什麼味道，非得要用手摸過或吃過，才知道咖哩其實具有強烈的香氣。
