【本報台北訊】明年起，須年滿64歲才可全額請領勞保老年年金給付，推算將衝擊1961年出生的勞工，勞動部預估約12萬人受影響。

勞動部勞動保險司司長陳美女表示，《勞工保險條例》第58條第5項明訂，自2009年實施年金制度，老年年金請領年齡採逐步提高，每2年提高1歲，直至2026年上限65歲為止。

不過，若被保險人的勞保年資合計滿15年，仍可選擇提前請領「勞保減給老年年金給付」，每提前1年，給付金額將減給4%，最多可提前5年，請領減給20%老年年金給付；超過法定請領年齡者，也可展延向後請領「展延老年年金」，每延後1年按給付金額增給4％，最多增給20％。
