宜蘭縣光復國小三年平班

「啊！有可怕的黑狗！」只要一看到狗，我就兩腿發軟，忍不住縮成一團，全身不停的發抖。

從小到大我最害怕的就是狗，不管大狗、小狗我都很害怕。記得幼兒園時，有一次我看到一隻可愛的小狗，正想找牠玩時，沒想到牠對著我狂吠，還想追我，幸好當時牠被拴著，但是恐懼的種子已經在我心中發芽了。從此之後，我只要一看到狗就會發抖。

老師告訴我，很多時候恐懼是自己想像出來的，實際上並沒有這麼恐怖。下一次看見狗時，我要拿出勇氣，不再逃跑！
