室內脫口罩 學者：最佳時機2月底

【本報台北訊】中央流行疫情指揮中心指春節後將研擬第二階段口罩鬆綁，台大公衛學院教授陳秀熙以我國疫情及醫療量能推估，第二階段室內口罩令解除最佳時機是2月底，而第三階段特定場所如醫院、長照機構，則是4至6月底再考慮解除。

國內昨新增1萬6329例本土個案，比上周三減少4439例，減少約21.4%；另外，境外移入增189例，中重症53例（中症33例、重症20例），22人死亡。

另外，23日自中國大陸4個直航點入境來台旅客995人，其中38人陽性；另外，金馬春節交通專案入境旅客21人，採檢無人陽性，連續2天陽性率掛零，羅一鈞說，自中國入境來台旅客篩檢模式，將於年後當周討論調整與否。
