如何減塑？改變常態的習慣，從自己可以做得到開始，比如隨身攜帶環保餐具、環保杯、環保袋、重複使用塑膠袋等，外帶時先向店家溝通食物可否裝進自備的鍋具裡，記住每一次花的錢，都是為你想要的世界投票。長期致力於環境友善、海洋守護等環保議題的「海湧工作室」執行長陳人平分享透過淨灘和減塑方式，我們可能無法改變全世界，但每個人若能從自身減塑不浪費做起，「別小看自己製造垃圾的能力，從觀念調整和行動開始，『你』就是改變地球汙染的關鍵力量」。
