【本報台北訊】國民黨副主席夏立言明啟程訪陸，17日返台，昨日國民黨已送件陸委會，夏今日是否會會見陸委會主委邱太三引發關注。國民黨表示，夏立言率團開展「交流對話、關懷民生」之行，著重關心在陸台灣民眾、反映基層民意及和大陸涉台人士交流；黨務人士表示，基本上不會碰觸政治議題。

夏立言此次赴北京、上海、南京、武漢、重慶、成都拜訪，將在北京停留，會見國台辦主任宋濤。據了解，國民黨有安排會見政治局常委王滬寧，是否會見面要「登陸」才能確定。
