【記者曹麗蕙台北報導】文化部長史哲昨天首度赴立院教委會，進行「文化部振興計畫」專題報告，盤點三年疫情為文化產業帶來八大面向關鍵影響，包括「電影院上座率不佳，電影總票房砍半」等，為支持藝文產業，培養更多藝文消費人口，文化部將藝FUN券轉型為「擴大成年禮金」，預計六月發放給十八至二十一歲青年，每人一千二百元文化禮金，預估有九十萬人受惠。

其他影響還包括「三年來幾乎沒有大型戶外表演，偏鄉失去參與藝文活動的機會」、「博物館參觀人次銳減，營運生存面臨挑戰」、「藝FUN券照顧不到演藝廳級演出，表演團體仍須振興協助」等八大衝擊。
