【本報台北訊】新冠疫情昨新增一萬九十例本土個案，與上周同天相較下降二成一， 另增死亡六十例。指揮中心發言人羅一鈞預估，今確診數將跌至萬例以下，疫情穩定在低谷，時機愈來愈成熟，在校園口罩禁令今起鬆綁一周後，屆時疫情未反彈，指揮中心就將預告「確診免隔離、輕症免通報」等措施，再歷經十天以上緩衝期，就可上路。

由於輕症免通報、免隔離涉及「確診定義」改變，必須同步更新通報系統，並討論配套措施，而地方衛生單位、醫療院所人員需接受相關教育訓練，相關政府部會的指引也需修改。

另今起至四月卅日也啟動「疫苗+1」，凡「未曾接種任何一劑」、「尚未完成基礎劑」及「六歲以上於今年未接種過莫德納次世代雙價疫苗」者，參加接種皆可依各縣市政府訂定的獎勵措施，領取禮券等衛教品。
