陸政委提案 內陸廣設核電廠

【本報綜合報導】大陸全國政協十四屆一次會議四日在北京開幕，有十五位政協委員提出，加大核電發展，將核電拓展到內陸，並推廣核能供暖的提案。

澎湃新聞報導，提案者之一的全國政協委員包括中國廣核集團有限公司黨委書記、董事長楊長利表示，大陸核電發展空間布局尚不平衡，全部集中在沿海區域。在構建新型電力系統、積極穩妥推進雙碳目標的新形勢下，拓展核能應用的空間布局，具備必要性和可行性。

他說，目前華中地區經濟快速發展，能源資源不足，碳減排壓力大，電力供需矛盾突出，需要核電保障供應安全，緩解煤炭和電力的遠距離輸運矛盾，促進能源結構轉型。西北地方是新能源大規模集中開發地區，西南地區高度依賴水電，電力系統的波動性大，需要核電作為基礎支撐。
