【記者江俊亮台南報導】台南西港刈香擁有「台灣第一香」的盛譽，在新冠疫情期間，信徒仍堅持信仰，因應疫情的變動，克服萬難，陸續完辦，展現宗教活動在疫情下的調適情形，這些過程全部記載在新出版的《臺南文獻》第二十二輯。

台南市有登錄的廟宇有一千六百多座，是全台灣廟宇最多的城市，其中主祀天上聖母、城隍爺、十二瘟神等神明的西港慶安宮刈香活動，也被列為國定民俗。

台南市政府文化局這期出版的《臺南文獻》，以「疫情與祈安」為主題，蒐錄三篇宗教祭儀相關文章，其中〈非．常刈香：新冠疫情下的辛丑科西港仔香〉，紀錄兩百多年歷史的「西港刈香」首度因疫情嚴峻延期，但信徒們仍克服萬難辦完，相當值得書寫記錄。

《人間福報》是一份多元化的報紙，強調內容溫馨、健康、益智、環保，不八卦、不加料、不阿諛，希冀藉由優質的內涵，體貼大眾身心靈的需要，是一份承擔社會責任的報紙。
