【本報綜合報導】金門二膽島陳姓上兵失蹤案進入第6天，陸委會確認人在大陸，閣揆陳建仁昨表示「他們希望我們能接這位士兵回來」，國防部、陸委會都有保持聯繫，政府會盡最大努力。最快金門檢方今天將發布通緝令，以便符合兩岸「共打協議」，請大陸遣返。

立委陳玉珍說，經她查證，大陸轉達陳姓士兵「吃好、睡好、一切安好」；對於陳姓士兵有無交代為何要游到對岸，「我知道原因，但不能說」；她確認不是感情，是其他私人原因，只能說這孩子在「不對的時間地點，做了不對的事。」

「家屬希望盡快去看陳姓士兵」，陳玉珍說，大陸那邊將人安置在海警的安置所，沒開放探視，目前已透過相關管道聯繫陸方，必要時，她會陪同家屬去大陸探視。
