購置戰時傷藥 立委：應回歸常編預算

【本報台北訊】因應烏俄戰爭、政府為國內戰時緊急物資，動用上億元第二預備金購買外傷用醫療物資。朝野立委一致認為，政府準備相關戰備物資及藥物有必要，但動用二備金恐有規避國會監督之虞，未來應回歸常編預算，接受國會監督。

國民黨立法院黨團總召曾銘宗表示，二備金是緊急用途使用，政府動用二備金購買戰備物資、用藥，有急迫性嗎？難道不能用常態預算編列經費嗎？

民眾黨團總召邱臣遠說，支持政府提前準備戰備醫療物資，但透過第二預備金規避國會監督，國人無法接受，蔡總統跟行政院長陳建仁要說清楚講明白。

民進黨立委許智傑肯定政府提前儲備戰略物資，但也希望未來回歸常編預算，以利立法部門的監督。
