【本報綜合外電報導】英國一名囤積症患者卡爾（Harold Carr）二○○九年過世後，遺留下來的物品讓親友們傷透腦筋，不料外甥卻在倉庫找到一輛曠世老爺車，後來更在巴黎骨董車展上，以三百多萬英鎊（約新台幣一億一千萬元）的驚人價格成交。《每日星報》報導，卡爾生前患有囤積症，過世後留下巨大的倉庫，後來卡爾的外甥決定將他遺留下來的收藏整理後拍賣變現，沒想到竟然在倉庫中發現一輛一九三七年出廠的曠世老爺車布加迪57s（Bugatti Type 57S）。據悉，卡爾於一九五五年從一名勳爵手中買下，但只開過一小段時間，就將這輛跑車塞進倉庫近五十年。後來卡爾的外甥請專人整理翻修這輛車後，很快就在巴黎骨董車展上拍賣成功。
