台中市豐原區瑞穗國小五年二班

有一天晚上，爸爸、媽媽加班不在家，沒時間準備晚餐，我只好自己進廚房煮東西吃。

吃什麼好呢？炒一盤蛋炒飯吧！我打開冰箱，拿出食材，先下鍋熱油，把蛋打成蛋花倒入鍋裡，再放入花椰菜和火腿一起炒，最後加入兩碗隔夜飯，大火快炒。起鍋前，加一點醬油，撒一點蔥花，一盤色香味俱全的蛋炒飯上桌了。

我迫不及待吃了一口，覺得非常美味。不久，爸媽回來了，我請他們試吃，媽媽說：「很好吃，想不到你有當廚師的天分。」我對媽媽說：「下一次，我還要挑戰其他料理！」
