呼氣一氧化氮檢測 揪氣喘隱疾

【本報台北訊】氣喘為國人常見的疾病，且其發生率正逐年增加。氣喘是一種因慢性氣管發炎導致的氣道阻塞，反覆產生喘鳴、呼吸短促、胸悶咳嗽等症狀，通常在半夜及清晨時症狀較為明顯。很多民眾可能因未被正確診斷，而不知道自己有氣喘病，真正接受完善治療的民眾，只有「冰山一角」。

亞東醫院胸腔內科主任鄭世隆呼籲民眾，若有發生呼吸道症狀疑似氣喘者，可前往醫院進行呼氣一氧化氮檢測，透過精準的評估與個人化治療管理，讓治療更精準。

鄭世隆說，過去診斷與評估氣喘疾病，多數依靠臨床病史、肺功能及抽血檢測等來了解氣喘過敏變化。但對於呼吸道本身的發炎狀況，一直沒有很精準的檢測，來評估過敏發炎的嚴重程度。

非侵入性的一氧化氮（FeNO）檢測技術，可讓臨床醫師客觀的評估氣管發炎情況。
