牙科醫療糾紛 植牙登首位

【本報台北訊】民眾對植牙照護需求增加，衛福部將植牙科列入我國第十一個牙科專科。據醫療改革基金會統計，每年牙科醫療糾紛申訴，高達三成七與植牙有關，為牙科醫糾首位。醫改會表示，植牙需求增加且屬高價治療，納入部定專科有其必要性，但衛福部仍應注意植牙認證缺乏公信力，以及可能排擠其他重要牙醫專科等問題。

過去醫療改革基金會曾指出，植牙爭議已躍居牙科醫療糾紛首位，佔三成七，小至植牙失敗掉落，嚴重致損傷神經造成下顎麻痺，或因麻醉風險致死。

歸納發現，植牙醫糾前三名，分別為「術前評估不周」、「植牙技術不佳」、「收費契約不實」。

口腔司表示，增設專科的目的是因部分專業領域需有更前端、精進的專業訓練，因此制定相關規範，包括訓練課程、機構、師資及甄審方式，但不會有排他性，未來一般牙科醫師還是可以執行植牙手術。
