台美貿易倡議改實質審查 綠營：歡迎

【本報台北訊】行政院昨天通過台美二十一世紀貿易倡議首批協定，後續將依法完成相關行政程序。對於在野黨要求查照改實質審查，民進黨立院黨團表示歡迎。

國民黨立院黨團曾銘宗說，台美貿易倡議涉及政府機關的權責執行、行政命令的修正以及人民權利義務，也關乎國內產業的生存發展。黨團將要求立法院長游錫堃召集朝野協商，提出列入臨時會議程與就條文內容實質審查兩項要求。

民眾黨立院黨團總召邱臣遠說，連美國都要求協定要送國會審查，台灣為何不用？應尊重國會審查權，不是行政權的獨大和傲慢來碾壓式通過。時代力量立院黨團總召邱顯智說，台美貿易倡議屬條約案，應經國會實質審查，畢竟影響層面很大，需細看有無利弊得失；至於是否要在臨時會處理，朝野可再討論。
