微刃針 治療筋膜沾黏

【記者陳玲芳台北報導】小針刀療法，又稱「微刃針」，是一種經皮微創軟組織鬆解術，為將華人傳統醫學的針灸「針」，與現代醫學的手術「刀」，結合為一體的微型醫療器械；亦即將針灸的「針」改為刀刃狀，既有傳統針刺的療效，又能達到閉合型切割，鬆解、減壓效果。中醫師指出，其可作用在軟組織上，用來鬆解沾黏、降低關節內壓力，，其優勢在於「創傷小、無疤痕」，又不具有手術風險。

康程中醫診所院長游峻銘中醫師表示，小針刀對於一般常見的肌腱炎、神經痛或療效不佳的長期痠痛、頑固性疼痛有特殊療效。現代人常因工作或使用3C產品時姿勢不良，導致長期、反覆、持續壓力集中，造成肌肉、韌帶、筋膜等軟組織代償性增生或者肥大；而當軟組織纖維化，或造成沾黏，就會影響活動功能。
