【生活快門】粒粒皆辛苦

《憫農詩》字裡行間呈現農人辛勤耕種的畫面，「粒粒皆辛苦」是令我為之動容的一句，也因為這句話，我總是珍惜碗裡的每一樣食材，盡可能遵循不浪費的飲食習慣，盡己所能把飯扒得精光、讓盤底朝天。

凝視龜裂的土壤，更加可以感受種植過程的辛苦，儘管現代科技進步，但還是有許多時候須依循自然、看天吃飯，而每當想起「粒粒皆辛苦」這句千古名言，依然能感受到自己內心珍惜食材的情懷。
