觀照到人命在呼吸間，

才懂得珍惜每一分鐘。

認知世間無常，

死亡如影相隨，

才會對生命有更深體悟。



深切明白生命之危脆，

積極發揮生命之光，

像菩薩一樣「慈眼視眾生」，

放慈悲光。

聽聞佛法真理，

心生喜悅，放歡喜光。

說好話、正語，放美語之光。

點亮心靈明燈，

顯現本自具足的佛性，

放智慧之光。



願自己發光、發熱，

化為人間一股暖流，

為人們帶來和樂與希望，

為社會帶來溫暖與光明，

實踐一期生命的價值。
