【本報綜合外電報導】東南亞國協（ASEAN）兩日的外長會議11日起召開，東道主印尼外交部長勒特諾（Retno Marsudi）卻在當日，就核武對東南亞的威脅示警，表示核武將使東南亞距離「末日毀滅」僅隔「一步誤算」之遙，呼籲各擁核強權簽訂一項條約，確保核武不會進入東南亞。印尼正力求加速敲定延宕多年南海行為準則（COC）協商。印尼負責東協合作事務的蘇尤迪普洛（Sidharto R. Suryodipuro）10日指出，協商各方可能敲定準則，東協各國外長也完全支持。
