台美貿易順差擴大 楊金龍：避免成為美制裁對象

【本報台北訊】中央銀行總裁楊金龍昨在由政治大學舉辦的「2023年國際經濟與金融趨勢論壇」中，以57頁簡報、8000多字摘要，提醒台灣經濟前景有4大面向值得關注，他示警美中爭端使台灣對美國貿易順差擴大，宜持續關注其發展，並避免成為美國貿易制裁的對象。

楊金龍以《全球化最新發展與台灣因應之道》為題發表專題演講。他說，在地緣政治風險及全球供應鏈重組變局下，台灣企業雖有新發展機會但也面臨諸多挑戰 。 

楊金龍認為，面對近年美中衝突，台企藉由產線重新布局至東協國家等海外據點，降低過去高度集中在中國大陸投資生產。統計數據顯示，銀行在東協國家分支機構的資產規模及獲利，均已超過大陸分支機構。隨著台商擴大東協布局，等同擴大金融服務業經濟腹地，提供發展契機。
