避免承攬商欠薪 勞部薪資把關

日前有承攬公部門人力派駐的承攬公司捲款潛逃，積欠勞工薪資，為避免類似情況再發生，勞動部近日修改勞務承攬參考原則，要求機關在支付價金時，必須先確認承攬人是否已支付勞工薪資。

國慶煙火 改台中中央公園施放

今年國慶焰火原擇定在台中市「梧棲漁港」施放，國慶籌備委員會祕書長花敬群昨表示，因地方團體反映有安全疑慮，考量當地民意，國慶煙火將移至台中中央公園施放。
