【本報綜合外電報導】泰國前進黨皮塔在國會總理選舉中無法被二度提名，監察員認為國會此舉有違憲之虞，將案子送憲法法庭裁決。憲法法庭16日表示，陳情者並非權利直接受到侵犯的人，因此駁回監察員的請求。

憲法法庭指出，提出陳情的人必須是權利或自由受到國家機關侵犯的人，以這個案子來說，陳情的人並沒有被提名為總理候選人，因此憲法法庭不對此案做出解釋。這也代表皮塔能再度獲得總理提名的希望破滅。

國會議長汪穆罕默德16日召集參眾議院政黨黨鞭舉行會議討論第3次總理選舉的時間，泰媒預估18或22日最有可能。
