【本報綜合外電報導】阿富汗「勸善懲惡部」代理部長哈納菲（Muhammad Khalid Hanafi），因看不慣班達米爾國家公園（Band-e-Amir National Park）內，女性遊客未遵守規定以正確方式佩戴頭巾，下達禁令、要求安全部隊開始阻止婦女入園。此舉為塔利班政府限縮女性出入公共場合的最新措施。英國《衛報》報導，哈納菲表示：「對女性而言，觀光遊覽不是必要活動。」人權觀察組織（Human Rights Watch）直指，阿富汗婦女面臨的限制已經夠多，如今再添一筆。自塔利班（Taliban）於二○二一年重新掌權以來，當局關閉了大多數的女子中學、禁止女性上大學，並阻止許多阿富汗婦女從事援助工作。許多公共場所也禁止女性進入，包括澡堂、健身房和公園。人權觀察研究員巴爾說：「我聽見不只一名阿富汗女性說，塔利班接下來將禁止她們呼吸。」
