七堵佛光人 鼓勵捐血行三好

【人間社記者吳麗珠基隆報導】佛光山極樂寺暨國際佛光會中華總會七堵分會，九日在七堵火車站前廣場，舉辦「僧寶節捐血報恩活動」，在現場十八位佛光人同心協力下，分批舉著宣傳標語牌，前往傳統市場、大街小巷，鼓勵民眾、行人與乘客，踴躍前來挽袖捐熱血，當日共募得一百六十三袋，挹注血庫四萬零七百五十毫升的血液，為紓緩醫療血荒貢獻一分心力。

在基隆第二區督導長溫竣祥和會長帶領下，大家集體創作，成果高出預期，讓護理師們讚歎不已，義工們也很歡喜。同是佛光人的基隆市副議長楊秀玉表示，捐血不但救人，還能促進新陳代謝，鼓勵大家能踴躍參與捐血。
